Reserve your property
An apartment can be reserved on payment of a €1'500 reservation fee; this is refundable against the initial deposit for the property only
In case you purchase an apartment and a parking the reservation fee is unique just add it when you completed the Reservation Agreement
Reservation payments can be made by banking transfer to Us. See details in the Reservation Agreement on Contact Us
Please also be sure to scan/fax/post a completed Reservation Agreement with your transfer, this can be downloaded in Contact Us on www.baiavista.com
In case you purchase an apartment with your parking the reservation fee will be unique

Status definition
Reserved: Client can reserved for 7 days by sending us via email their name, surname, address and the apartment code.
Booked: We received the reservation fee and the completed Reservation Agreement
Sold: The builder received the first installment payment and the contract is signed
Not Available: Can be sold in specific case
Available: Free
